Job Description

Customer Service: Greet customers and visitors warmly, and direct them to appropriate personnel or services. Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

Administrative Support: Manage the reception area, including maintaining cleanliness and organization. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including sorting and distributing mail. Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars for bank staff.

Client Assistance: Assist clients with basic banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries. Provide information on bank products and services, including account types, interest rates, and loan options.

Cash Handling: Process cash and check transactions accurately and efficiently. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security procedures regarding cash handling and transactions.

Documentation: Assist customers with completing account opening forms, loan applications, and other banking documents. Verify customer information and documentation according to bank policies and procedures.

Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs and preferences. Refer customers to appropriate banking specialists for more complex financial needs.

Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using computerized systems or manual logs. Generate reports as needed for management review.

Compliance: Adhere to all banking regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risk. Stay updated on changes in banking regulations and industry best practices.
