Role & responsibilities :

Client Acquisition: Actively seek out new clients through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and utilizing online platforms. This involves researching potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting how your saree offerings can meet those needs.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals. This involves regular communication, providing excellent customer service, and being responsive to client inquiries and concerns.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the sarees being sold, including fabric types, designs, weaving techniques, and cultural significance. This knowledge helps in effectively presenting the products to clients and addressing any questions they may have.

Customization and Personalization: Work with clients to understand their specific requirements and preferences, and offer tailored solutions accordingly. This may involve coordinating with designers and artisans to create custom sarees or design modifications as per client requests.

Order Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to order fulfillment. This includes preparing and sending quotations, negotiating terms and pricing, processing orders accurately, and coordinating with the logistics team for timely delivery.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demand for different types of sarees. This knowledge helps in identifying new business opportunities and positioning your products effectively in the market.

Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including client interactions, orders received, and revenue generated. Analyze sales data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement, and use this information to refine sales strategies.
